What we hold, and why
UK GDPR. Last updated 17 August 2026.
Atithi is in preview. This describes how guest data is handled once the club is live.
What we collect
Only what you write on the introduction form: your name, email, where you are from and where you live now, what you are hoping for, party size, and anything you tell us about allergies or what you avoid.
Why
To reply to you, to offer you a seat, and to cook safely. The three introduction answers exist for one reason: so the host can seat strangers next to people they should meet. They are read by the host, and by nobody else.
Marketing
Hearing about new dates is a separate, optional tick. You can stop it at any time and still keep your seat history.
Where it lives
In a Supabase database hosted in the EU (eu-west-1), and in Resend for sending email. It is never sold, and never shared with anyone else.
How long
While you are on the list, and for two years after your last supper. Ask and it goes sooner.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email hello@atithisupperclub.com and it will be done within a month, usually the same week.
